Our service
Atelier Regalo helps you choose and create the perfect custom gift. We charge a flat consultation and curation fee, separate from the variable cost of the chosen gift.
Our typical turnaround time is 3 weeks from initial ideation session to gift delivery. This provides enough time for you to pick from our gift ideas, and have time to request changes or approve the final delivery.
Lead time may be extended during high gifting seasons, in the 2 weeks before Christmas, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, and Father’s Day. Please factor this in when ordering during for these occasions.
